Some working conditions include communicating with others such as your team. You will also have to communicate over the phone. Workers are obligated to maintain safety standards. The hourly pay range for aviation mechanics is about 21.09$.  Monthly Income would be 3,655$. A year's worth of income would be about 43,876$. Wages for aircraft mechanics vary by specialist. For example mechanics who work on jets for major airlines earn more than other mechanics.
Mechanics work all shifts including a lot of overtime hours. Employees pay mechanics extra for working shifts that are not during regular work times. Mechanics who work full time usually receive benefits. Benefits usually include health insurance, paid vacation, and retirement plan. Airline Mechanics also receive travel discounts for themselves and for their family members.
According to the Washington State Employment Security Department There will be 536 annual openings for aircraft Mechanics and service technicians. And 162 Annual openings for avionics Technicians in Washington between 2015 and 2025.
Most engineers get 1-2 years of on the job training. New engineers work with other whom have more experience in the field of study. Some big companies offer in class training. As you learn you will gain more experience throughout the training but tasks will get harder as you go on in training.
