Also Military career related Aircraft mechanics, Avionics technicians. Some Job duties and task are read and asses work orders and blue prints to learn what needs to be done. Take apart an engine and locate the problem needed to be fixed. Inspect engine for wear or defects (Summary). 

Some common work activities are get information needed to do the job. Document and record information. Evaluate information against standards. Update and use job related knowledge. Inspect equipment. Structure or materials. Make decisions and solve problems. Communicate with supervisors and peers. Maintain and repair electronic equipment. Use computers.

Work requirements would be to have a medium level of contact with people. Be communicative with others and your team, and co-workers. You are going to be working with peers and people as a team.  

Some work performances: Must be sure that all details of the job are performed and completed accurately. Errors could cause serious harm to the plane and or the passengers. Repeat the same physical and mental task to retain memory. Regularly make decisions that affect coworkers, their employer also the passengers as well. You would work in hanger or other indoor areas. They may work outdoor sometimes in hot and or cold weather. The worker would be exposed to local contaminates. Workers could be possibly injured or slightly burned due to work environment and conditions pending on how the worker is doing their job and if they are paying attention as the worker should (.Aircraft mechanics). 

Some physical working conditions would be often exposed to hazardous materials including machinery and equipment. Wear protective gear. Eye goggles ear muffs and gloves etc. Workers are exposed to vibrations and noise when testing engines on a weekly basis.
